Cape Girardeau is putting in sidewalks that will be seldom used. How about putting in a sidewalk that is greatly needed at Capaha Park from the lower parking lot to the pond so we seniors and mothers with strollers can walk safely to the pond? It's hazardous for us to walk across the grass to the pond...

Cape Girardeau is putting in sidewalks that will be seldom used. How about putting in a sidewalk that is greatly needed at Capaha Park from the lower parking lot to the pond so we seniors and mothers with strollers can walk safely to the pond? It's hazardous for us to walk across the grass to the pond.

Also, there is a great need for a traffic light on one of the streets coming out of the Town Plaza shopping center on William Street. In rush hour it's impossible to make a left turn onto William. A traffic light would also help slow down the speeders coming over the hill from downtown.
