On Oct. 8, the Red House Interpretive Center held it's annual kid's fair. Many volunteers contributed to the success of the day -- too many to list in this letter. There is one person, however, who every year gives many hours toward the success of this event. That person is Anne Hutson.
Our first kid's fair, in 2004, was attended by only five children. Anne has single-handedly brought this attendance to the 160-plus children the Red House entertained on Oct. 8. We appreciate all she does -- a docent, dedicated chairwoman of docents, and her tireless efforts to make the Red House Interpretive Center a success.
