Ed Martin, candidate for Missouri attorney general, released a veterans initiative last week, which he appropriately titled the "We Remember" plan. Mr. Martin's plan would add protection of veterans rights to the responsibilities of the attorney general because he believes that we can do better as a state to help veterans, those on active duty, in the reserves and National Guard. As our next attorney general, Martin will be an advocate for those of us who have served this nation in the armed forces. We need an attorney general like Martin who will fight for a more military-friendly Missouri.
