It outrages me to hear Al Gore stand there before the nation and say he wants every vote counted. It was his campaign that conducted an organized, concerted effort to invalidate as many overseas military ballots as it could. His campaign was the one that sent operatives to most every county in Florida with a five-page instruction manual for contesting these military absentee ballots. For Democrats now to claim they want a full count is pure hypocrisy.

All they want is every Gore vote counted while ignoring as many Bush votes as possible. It smacks of Clinton sticking his finger in the nation's face and saying, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." They have done one thing on the sly. Now they stand up and claim they wanted something else all along.
