To the editor:
Throughout my many years of working with performers of all ages, I have never experienced such talented seventh- and eighth-graders as I had the privilege of helping at Central Junior High School for their production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat."
All were respectful, eager to learn and grateful for every critique given.
Their collective talents, abilities and dedication are a testament to their passionate and tireless teacher, Mike Dumey. The students respond to him not out of fear or concern, but out of love and total gratitude. This is a teacher and an experience they will remember forever.
Congratulations and a big thank you to all who worked so diligently both on and off the stage, to the public school system and to those involved from the community for making this fine production possible.
I wish each of you much continued success in many more musical productions.
