Boy Scout Troop 4, sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau, celebrated its 90th birthday at a reception on Aug. 2 at the church. Troop 4 is one of the oldest scout troops in the area. What a patriotic and heartwarming occasion it was to see the scouts "Present Colors," to see the numerous exhibits of past Troop 4 achievements, and to remember the Troop 4 Scouts who have become leaders both locally and nationally in many fields of endeavor...
