Wilma Mescher Bowlin, 96 1/2, formerly of Mounds, Illinois, and Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Nov. 3, 2017, at Saint Petersburg General Hospital in Florida.

Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at Mounds United Methodist Church in Mounds.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church. Officiating will be Pastor Doug Atkins. Interment will follow in the Masonic Cemetery in Metropolis, Illinois.

Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Illinois, is in charge of the arrangements.
