MOUNDS, Ill. -- Willie Bernard Emanuel, 30, of rural Pulaski, Ill., died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, at the Day Star Care Center in Cairo, Ill. Friends may call Sunday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Massie Funeral Home in Mounds. The funeral will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Bowden Center, Charleston, Mo., with the Rev. Leroy Reed officiating.
