William Wesley Stover Sr., 82, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at the Missouri Veterans Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Dr. Kim Nelson officiating. A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with full military honors by the Missouri Honors Team...
