CAIRO, Ill. -- William "Robert" Smith, 59, of Cairo died Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Cairo. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Olive Branch Cemetery at Olive Branch, Illinois. Military honors will be accorded by the Illinois Honor Guard and local veterans...
