EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- William David "Duckie" Russell, 89, of East Prairie died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001, at his home.
He was born Aug. 23, 1912, in East Prairie, son of Elijah D. and Lula Brown Russell.
Russell lived in East Prairie most of his life. He was an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service.
