MOUND CITY, Ill. — Vickie Dale Litchford Ice, 74, of Mound City, formerly of Charleston, Missouri, died Friday, March 31, 2023, at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, at the funeral home. The Rev. Buddy Walls will officiate. Interment will follow in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston under the direction of the McMikle Funeral Home.
