Steven C. Parsons, 68, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Old Union Methodist Church, with Kenny Massa officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery near Marble Hill...
