SCOTT CITY -- Stephanie Nichole Webb of Scott City was stillborn Thursday, Dec. 17, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was the daughter of John and Lois Stephens Webb of Scott City.

She is survived by three grandparents, John Stephens of Scott City, Linda Cowan of Perryville and Mary Sitzes of Sikeston.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City, with the Rev. John Goff officiating.
