CAIRO, Ill. -- Ruth M. Williams, 92, of Cairo died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo. There is no visitation. A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Cairo, with the Rev. Jerome Fortenberry and the Rev. John Agbasiera as celebrants. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge, Ill...
