MOUNDS, Ill. -- Master Sgt. Mark K. Garner, 60, of Mounds died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, at his home. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Ullin, Illinois. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. The pastor, Clint Nale, and Dr. Larry L. Potts will officiate. Interment will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds...
