OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Lloyd "Jack" Miller, 87, of Olive Branch died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Rev. Brent Gordon officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Mound City National Cemetery....
