Keith Ross Fee, 59, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, March 16, 2018, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at the Missouri Veterans Home. Funeral service will follow at noon at the veterans home, with the Rev. Richard Ross officiating. Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau with full military honors...
