Joseph Allan Richardson, 59, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., formerly of Oriole, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at his home. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until service time Friday at Fellowship Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau. A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. Frank Burgess officiating. A private graveside service will be at a later date...
