James Lohmeier, 69, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011, at the Lutheran Home. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Scriptural Evangelical Lutheran Church. Crain Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
