James W. Logan, 99, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at the church, with the Rev. Ellen Gurnon officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau...
