Homer Raymond Dickmann, 90, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at the Lutheran Home. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Inurnment will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with full military honors.
