Evelyn Lee Rayhill, 87, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was born Jan. 13, 1912, in Duluth, Minn., daughter of Arson and Mary Mayhew Chevelier. Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
