Emma Jane Osbourn, 68, died Sept. 26, 2009, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Friends may call from noon until time of service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ponder Funeral Home, with the Rev. Trish Eskew officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo., with full military honors...
