Elza Seabaugh, 83, of Jackson, died Friday, Aug. 14, 2020 at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. Memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Huffman officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Russell Heights Cemetery...
