Elvira Sebastian

Elvira Sebastian, 82, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Tilsit, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Lutheran Home Assisted Living in Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Tilsit.

Funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, with the Rev. Mark Boettcher officiating. Committal service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Arrangements are by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
