Elmer Palisch, 94, of Jackson died Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the chruch.
