He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the chapel of McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson, with an American Legion service at 7:30 p.m.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Goshen Cemetery at Oak Ridge, with full military honors.
