MARBLE HILL -- Cecil Ray Milz Jr., 49, of Marble Hill died Sunday, April 11, 1999, at his home. He was born Sept. 5, 1949, in St. Louis. MARBLE HILL -- Cecil Ray Milz Jr., 49, of Marble Hill died Sunday, April 11, 1999, at his home.
He was born Sept. 5, 1949, in St. Louis.

Survivors include his wife, Becky; a son, Vincent Milz of the home; three daughters, Christine Scherer of Perryville, Theresa and Elizabeth Milz of Arnold; and two grandsons.
His body was donated to science.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Friendship Baptist Church in Dongola, Mo.
