Barbara Ann Popp, 84, of Lubbock, Texas, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, July 18, 2022, in Lubbock. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery...
