PARK RIDGE, Ill. -- Barbara Marie Ballard, 66, of Park Ridge died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1998, at her home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1932, at Owensboro, Ky., daughter of Everette E. and Ruby Stout Ballard.

Survivors include a brother, Dean Ballard of LaFarge, Wis.
Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after noon on Saturday.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate, with burial in the Anna Cemetery.
