TAMMS, Ill. -- Arietta Farthing, 75, of Sparta, Ill., formerly of Tamms, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Ill. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating.
