Allie Rebecca Charles, 94, of Ottumwa, Iowa, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 1997, at Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa. Charles lived in Cape Girardeau 25 years, moving to Ottumwa in 1994. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
