NIT PROMISES TO ROCK THE HOUSE TOMMOROW NIGHT: CHURCHES UNITE

A number of Cape Girardeau churches have come together to address social problems in the community.

We applaud the Black Ministers Coalition for Progress and hope their efforts will pay off for homeless, youth and elderly in need.

Historically, many Cape Girardeau churches have worked to improve social conditions on an individual basis. But this pooling of resources and information can provide a more united approach to community problems as well as eliminating needless duplication.

The list of new officers for this organization are impressive -- compassionate clergy men and women with years of experience in helping others. This interdenominational approach could turn lives around and help make our community a better place to live.
