Southeast Missouri State University assistant volleyball coach Eunice Thomas resigned Wednesday to accept a position as head volleyball coach and head women's administrator at Midwestern State University, a Division II school in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Thomas was an assistant at Southeast the past three years. She came to Southeast from the University of Kentucky where she set a number of school records as a middle blocker.
The search for Thomas' replacement will begin immediately.
