Van service is offered for those who don't fly

Recently, much has been made by and on behalf of the local airport about the advantages of flying to St. Louis to avoid the long lines and security checks. I don't necessarily disagree with that reasoning for those who wish to fly, who can make good connections and who are flying beyond St. Louis on American Airlines. However, we seem to be ignoring the fact that there are many people who do not want to fly on small planes or can't make a good connection and may be flying beyond St. Louis on another airline. It seems only fair that we let these people know that there is an alternative method of transportation to the St. Louis airport that doesn't involve driving themselves.

Bart Transportation's luxury van service has an outstanding safety record, does not cancel runs, will schedule a trip according to a passenger's time, will wait for them if their inbound flight is delayed and offers home pickup and drop-off in the city limits of Cape Girardeau and Jackson. Bart has good equipment, many veteran drivers and management that ensures a very dependable service.

I just wanted all our citizens to know that there is an option and that they have not been forgotten.
