Roundabout danger

I'd like to ask when the police department of Cape Girardeau intends to address the ignorance or plain refusal of drivers to yield properly and legally when traveling east or west through the roundabout at Lexington and Route W. The east and west Lexington travelers seem to believe they have the right of way over cars trying to enter the roundabout from Route W or Kingsway. Not only do most east-west travelers ignore the legal yield signs, they do not even slow down when they enter the roundabout. It's way past time for the police to address this and give some tickets. It's very dangerous.

Wonder why the people on the south side walk in the streets, and the police want to give them a ticket? It's because the sidewalk is so uneven, you'll trip and fall on the cracks. The people on the south side pay taxes just like the people up on Lexington and way out. They pay taxes too. But the sidewalks are, so bad on the south side, they walk in the streets.
