I just read an article in the Banner Press that said our wonderful Republican lawmakers are trying to pull the same voter ID garbage that they have done in the South. It is just a ploy to stop people from being able to vote. This makes me so angry. What right do they have to try to take away our right to vote? Voter ID a ploy

I just read an article in the Banner Press that said our wonderful Republican lawmakers are trying to pull the same voter ID garbage that they have done in the South. It is just a ploy to stop people from being able to vote. This makes me so angry. What right do they have to try to take away our right to vote? They say it is for voter fraud, but that's not it. They don't care that they will be causing undue hardships on people that don't have a photo ID. They should be ashamed and everyone should rise up and stop this madness!

Commercial drones

Your article on drones only mentioned the restrictions placed on recreational use, it didn't mention the extreme and anti-business restrictions placed on commercial use. Any one can go out and fly a drone for recreation and all they have to do is spend $5 to register the craft. For any commercial use you have to have a pilot license, you can't fly within 500 feet (one and a half football fields) of buildings, vehicles, people or structures. A second spotter is required and both the spotter and the pilot must keep the craft in site at all times. Those are just the top couple, the full restrictions span two pages. You also you must get 333 exemption and a certificate of authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration. So unless that farmer that want to monitor his field or that rancher that want to keep track of his cattle have jumped through all those hoops, they are flying illegally.

Innocent men

The bad thing about the death penalty is sometime some or possibly most are in fact innocent of the crimes they are accused of. I do not know about most of you people, but I'd rather let 100 ax murders live their full lives than one innocent man be murdered for a crime he or she did not commit.
