To the editor:
What if prayer hadn't been taken out of school?
What if we would have chosen love, righteousness and holy rollin' instead of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll?
What if instead of rebellion, we would have chosen nonconformity and had begun living by Godly principles?
What if people of all colors had believed God created us all "precious in his sight"?
What if we would have sought to live a life of peace filled with the spirit of Godliness and not experimented with mind-altering drugs trying to find ourselves?
What if instead of a sexual revolution we would have built Godly relationships based on "love is patient, love is kind" (I Corinthians 13)?
What if there was no divorce and our children were in stable, loving homes with both parents?
What if abortion had not been legalized and our consciences were clear?
What if there weren't overtly violent TV shows, movies, video games, music and Internet sites to influence our children to kill each other?
What if our government's "We the people" had not created the national and personal debt we are now under by living above our means?
What if we stopped willfully sinning, quit playing the game of lies and consequences and began a new game of truth and repentance?
What if we don't change from these old negative choices?
