LETTERS TO THE EDITOR: SECOND-HAND SMOKE IS NOT THE WORST PROBLEM IN COUNTRY

Dear Editor,

Do you know anyone who has died from second-hand smoke? I was around it for at least 30 years. I don't even cough. Not that I think it's good, but let's crack down on real crime. God knows, we need to: like Bill Clinton allowing doctors to abort babies. And forcing us to give them our money to do it. If this isn't a violation of my rights, to take my money to pay for abortions, tell me what is.

Joycelyn Elders, in the White House, says that church and state should be totally separate, and then she says that churches should provide marriages to homosexuals. Marriage according to God is for man and woman, to have children. Two men marrying or two women, that is not marriage and never can be according to God.

Joycelyn Elders wants to teach our children about condoms when they are 5 years old. And give them to all children when they're in junior high school. And she tells churches to stay out of this: to criticize this, to protest, is to cross the line between church and state. But when she tells churches to marry homosexuals, that's not?

They crucified Jimmy Swaggert. He humbled himself and asked for forgiveness. Our president seeks no forgiveness, and so I won't pray for him. If he doesn't allow God to change him and Hillary, we will all suffer.

Even now they're trying to legalize euthanasia in their health care plan. How old are you? When do all of us begin to stop this? My husband helped fight Hitler, to help stop the extermination of the Jews. If this keeps up, Hitler's extermination will seem small in comparison.

God's never been wrong, or we would not have this beautiful world. Springtime coming alive. Flowers, new calves and foals, all kinds of animals. We are people made in God's image. Don't give in.
