LETTERS: THANKS FOR TOURNAMENT SUPPORT

To the editor:

We want to thank everyone in the Cape Girardeau and Jackson community for their support of the recent American Legion State Baseball Tournament held at Capaha park. Without your financial support and fan support at the games this tournament could not have happened.

It was such a wonderful feeling to be a part of this event, to see all the loyal fans and the enthusiasm they showed to our team. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences in our life, to see the outpouring of support.

thanks to the many businesses that supported us by advertising in our program book, to the many businesses and organizations who contributed financially. Thanks to all those who helped during the tournament. But most of all thanks to the Cape community.
