To the editor:

We all made a mistake when we impeached the president. After all, he and Gore are just stooges for the abortion industry. As far as I am concerned, the crimes that he was impeached for were nothing compared to the crime committed by our Supreme Court yesterday.

The court has used the Nebraska partial-birth abortion ban to extend its approval of killing the most vulnerable members of society, in spite of the fact that the American Medical Association as well as numerous physicians and nurses have testified that partial-birth abortion is infanticide and is never used to save the life or health of the mother and in spite of the fact that this is a very dangerous procedure that can only harm the woman. Our Supreme Justices have ruled that a woman has the right to choose to murder her baby just minutes away from being born.

The Nebraska law was not about abortion. It was an attempt to regulate the act of infanticide. This is another step down the slippery slope towards the justification of selective termination of infants, toddlers, the elderly and the disabled.

The pro-life movement must demand a human life amendment to protect the unborn from the moment of conception and every human being until natural death.

Instead of impeaching Clinton, we should have -- and, in fact, still should -- impeach every Supreme Court justice who voted to keep infanticide legal.
