LETTERS: FACULTY PIANO CONCERT WAS A TREAT

To the editor:

My husband and I were fortunate to be among those who heard Dr. James Sifferman in concert at Southeast Missouri State University.

This member of the music faculty has performed throughout the world and has taught piano at prestigious conservatories abroad. What a privilege is was to drive a short distance, walk a block or so and be able to hear him perform in concert at Academic Hall.

Thank you, Dr. Sifferman, for sharing your talent with us. It was a very special evening.
