All of this was possible only as a result of receiving approximately $85 worth of groceries from Schnucks and 70 bread sticks from Fazoli's. I think the citizens of Cape Girardeau should be aware of how some businesses in our town truly give back to the community. When requesting donations for such projects, I do not always receive such enthusiastic responses from all businesses. However, Schnucks and Fazoli's have donated to this project two years in a row. Such wonderful community service deserves recognition. The confidence and experience my students gained from this project could not have occurred without the help of these businesses. Thank you.
