Kelly School Board isn't listening

To the editor:

I am one of the students that graduated in December from Kelly High School in Benton. I would like to say that taxpayers' money pays for the graduation ceremony in which I don't get to walk. My parents paid that money. They should be able to see me walk. I see there is no hope for that happening now, but I would like to remind everyone that the district wants to increase your taxes to make the school bigger, yet they won't listen to what the people of the community want. More than 140 people signed a petition to see early grads walk, yet the Kelly School Board didn't listen.
