I fully agree with dismissing classes on Good Friday. I do not want to minimize King's memory. However, the fact remains that Jesus Christ is the greatest person who ever walked this earth. I think it's sad that some in our educational system don't consider that at least some students, perhaps a goodly number, would like to attend church services on Good Friday. Is this lack of consideration a mild form of persecution? Think about, those of you who belittle Good Friday. The Savior also died for your sins.

As a Christian and as an American, I find it necessary to voice my protest on this matter. I stand uncompromised on this issue.
