In response to the letter "All of Scripture condemns sins": I believe all of us can agree on this statement: We are against sin. The problem with being against it is that we can't seem to stop it. No matter how many efforts to amend the Constitution to prove that we are against sin, sin will always be with us. According to my Bible, Eve's first bite of the apple was disobeying God's rule, which would have kept us sinless. When God created us with a will, he gave us the right to choose our own path. That right has been written into the Constitution by our Founding Fathers and is known as the Ninth Amendment of the Bill of Rights.
