The new owners of Auto Tire and Parts Racepark hope to make it even better. They already have laid out plans that could transform the two tracks into a 59-acre motor-sports complex that would offer racing of all kinds.

It's good to see a group of investors bring the sport back to the many race fans of the region.

With their support, the racetrack will enjoy a successful second life.
