To the editor:

Morals have steadily declined since prayer was taken out of our public schools in the 1960s. This November we have a chance to reverse this trend. Make the Lord's agenda the primary reason why you vote for a candidate. The Lord would never vote for a candidate who supports abortion. It is said that America is 80 percent Christian. We can send a message to candidates everywhere that we are Christians and will not stand for the demoralization of our country. If we make a strong showing, the politicians will never support abortion or any other immoral law again. Eventually they will also change the Supreme Court.

What makes you think a candidate who is not true to his church and God will be true to you as a voter? The 70 percent approval rate fir the marriage amendment in Missouri proves that moral issues are very important to voters.

An Ancient Chinese proverb says that "it is insane to think things will change if you keep doing the same thing." We must all change our voting philosophy and stand up be heard. We can change this country as never before. If we do not succeed, we can expect more immoral laws and court rulings. The choice is ours.
