March 4, 2013, a day that should be noted for unparalleled obstruction of justice of the highest levels.

Attorney General Eric Holder wrote a letter to Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.

In general, the letter was about the hypothetical use of presidential authority to kill American citizens on U.S. soil through the use of means facilitated by the Pentagon and the Department of Defense.

The attorney general had informed Sen. Paul about the current presidential administration's members who have gone on record saying, "the U.S. government has not carried out drone strikes in the United States and has no intention of doing so." Attorney General Holder goes on to say the policy is to not use military force where well- established law enforcement provides the best means for dealing with any terroristic threat.

It should be pointed out that the federal branches of the Department of Justice have no jurisdiction in an area unless local means are fully incapable of carrying out their legal duties.

However, in the last sentence of the fourth paragraph of this letter, "For example, the President could conceivably have no choice but to authorize the military to use such force if necessary to protect the homeland in the circumstances of a catastrophic attack like the ones suffered on December 7, 1941, and September 11, 2001."

This is an affront on the Bill of Rights, each and every American resident, past, present and future, and nothing more than treasonous high crimes and misdemeanors of premeditated murder.
